On Friday, Chrissie and I spent the afternoon with Saralee. We grieved together over our losses, visited a rubber stamp store (Stamp Your Art Out) which no doubt thrilled Saralee to her toes and then dropped her off at the home of her friends, Marty and Fred who are renovating an historical landmark home in Montgomery.
That’s a monster of a project, including the landscaping, which would overwhelm me in an instant. A finished scrapbook layout is about as much ambition as I can muster up.

Chrissie, Saralee and me. It was a hot and humid afternoon. I’m sure you can see the sweat glistening on my nose. But it was FANTASTIC to see Saralee and spend four hours with her on this whirlwind adventure.
